How to choose copper kitchen taps.

A finish that lasts

The copper colour is a hard-wearing finish bonded to the tap, so it keeps its colour and doesn’t need polishing.

Match the sink

Water pressure

Most of our taps need at least 0.5 bar of water pressure, which suits mains-pressure and combi boiler systems. If you have a gravity-fed hot water tank, check the pressure first or call us.

Do copper taps go green?

No. These taps have a copper-coloured finish over the tap body, not raw copper, so they don’t develop a patina.

How do I clean a copper tap?

Wipe it with a soft damp cloth and dry it. Avoid limescale removers, bleach and abrasive cleaners, which can mark the finish.

Is there a matching copper sink?

How much is delivery?

Sinks and taps are delivered for £10 + VAT anywhere on the UK mainland. In-stock 1810 Company products are dispatched the next working day when you order by 12 noon; in-stock Second Nature sinks and taps arrive in 2–5 working days.
