A few checks make ordering a kitchen online straightforward.
Delivery times and chargesGet a free plan first
For a complete kitchen, send us your measurements and photos before you order. A designer sends back a floor plan, 3D images, elevation drawings and an itemised quote, so every unit, panel and fitting is on the list. Accessories, sinks, taps, handles and worktops can be ordered on their own straight from the website.
Paying
Pay online by card or PayPal through a secure checkout, or by phone, when we send an invoice and dispatch once it is paid. All prices on the website include VAT.
Delivery
Complete kitchens usually arrive in 2–3 weeks, and painted-to-order kitchens in 5–6 weeks. Accessories ordered with a kitchen travel with it. Delivery is to a booked slot, in labelled boxes, and someone needs to be there to sign for it. Check the price for your postcode on our delivery page.
Fitting
We supply kitchens; we don’t fit them. You choose your own fitter anywhere in the UK, and the design pack includes elevation drawings for them. We can recommend local installers, and our team stays on the phone to help your fitter while the kitchen goes in.
