Planning a new kitchen

Send us your room measurements, a rough sketch and a few photos. One of our kitchen designers draws a free floor plan with 3D images, elevation drawings and an itemised, no-obligation quote, usually within 1–2 working days. Change it as many times as you like.

Visiting the showroom

Our showroom is in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm. Bring your measurements and a few photos and we can sketch a plan with you there, and you can open the drawers, compare door finishes and take samples home. If you can’t travel, take the 3D virtual showroom tour.

An existing order

Have your order number to hand and call 01242 523879 or email sales@onlinekitchensuk.co.uk. The same team that planned your kitchen stays on the phone while your fitter works, so questions on site get answered quickly.

Delivery and trade

We deliver across mainland UK; complete kitchens usually take 2–3 weeks and painted-to-order kitchens 5–6 weeks. Check the price for your postcode on our delivery page. Builders and fitters can apply for a trade account.
