If another UK kitchen company quotes you less for exactly the same products, send us their written quote before you order and we’ll beat it.

What counts as like for like

The other quote needs to match on all of these.

  • The same brand, range and colour, e.g. Second Nature or Burbidge
  • The same units, sizes and configuration
  • The same hinge and drawer specification, e.g. Blum or Hettich soft-close
  • Rigid, factory-built cabinets, where cabinets are included

The small print

  • The other quote must be a written, itemised quote from a UK kitchen company, dated within the last 30 days.
  • Send it to us before you place your order with us.
  • The products must be the same and available to order now.
  • It doesn’t cover ex-display, clearance or second-hand kitchens, or fitting and installation.
  • We may check the quote with the company that gave it.

When do I need to send the other quote?

Before you order with us. It needs to be a written, itemised quote from a UK kitchen company, dated within the last 30 days.

What makes a quote like for like?

The same brand, range and colour, the same units and sizes, the same hinge and drawer specification, and rigid, factory-built cabinets where cabinets are included.

Does the price promise cover fitting?

No. It covers the products only, not fitting or installation, and not ex-display, clearance or second-hand kitchens.

How quickly will you reply?
