Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for ready-made goods in writing within 14 days of receiving them. You don’t need to give a reason.
What can't be returned
Kitchen cabinets and made-to-measure items can't be returned once we've accepted your order, because they're built for you.
How to return something
- Tell us in writing and we'll give you a return number.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling, in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
- Attach the return number and use the address we give you. Returns without the number, or sent to the wrong address, can't be accepted.
Return postage is at your cost and risk.
Refunds
We'll refund you, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of getting the item back (or proof you've sent it). We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than needed to check it.
Cancelling outside your rights
If you cancel outside your statutory rights, a 20% restocking charge applies.
Faulty goods
None of this affects your statutory rights if something arrives faulty. Contact us and we'll put it right.
