Many accessories need a cabinet of a particular width or type, so choose them while the kitchen is being planned rather than afterwards. Pull-out larder and pantry units, corner units, pull-out kitchen bins and recycling bins and pan drawers all change which cabinets go where.
Blind corners waste space unless something brings the contents out to you. Pull-out corner systems and carousels, such as Kesseböhmer's LeMans (Le Mans) and Magic Corner units, make the back of a corner cabinet usable.
