Choosing a 150mm pull-out.
Where a 150mm pull-out goes
A 150mm unit fills the narrow gap beside a cooker, hob or dishwasher, or at the end of a run. A pull-out turns it into storage for oils, spices, bottles, trays and tea towels, close to where you cook.
Base or wall unit?
Most 150mm pull-outs are for base units, about 450mm to 520mm deep inside. Kesseböhmer also makes a reduced-depth 150mm pull-out for wall units and shallow base units.
Check the inside depth and height
Each pull-out needs a minimum inside depth and height, for example 453mm deep and 512mm high for the Blum LEGRABOX pull-out. The range page lists the sizes for each one.
Soft close
Blum LEGRABOX, Peka Libell and Peka Pinello pull-outs close softly; Pinello can have push-to-open for handleless kitchens.

Beside the cooker or hob is the most useful place, so oils and spices are within reach while you cook. It also fills a gap at the end of a run of units.
Can I add one to my existing kitchen?
Yes, if you have a 150mm unit with enough depth and height inside. The Vauth-Sagel VS SUB Slim is made to retrofit into an existing unit.
How much weight does a 150mm pull-out hold?
It varies: from about 6kg per tray on Kesseböhmer’s classic pull-outs to 20kg on Blum LEGRABOX. Each range lists its own load.
