How a bridge mixer works

The hot and cold sides each have their own handle and are joined by a horizontal bridge that carries the water to a single spout, so you get mixed water from one spout.

Tap holes

A deck-mounted bridge mixer needs two tap holes in the sink or worktop. Check the distance between the holes against the tap’s drawing before you order.

Finishes

Henry Holt and Moulins bridge mixers come in chrome, brushed steel, copper, gold brass, brushed gold brass, gunmetal and matt black. Second Nature Lira is chrome.

Water pressure

Most of our taps need at least 0.5 bar of water pressure, which suits mains-pressure and combi boiler systems. If you have a gravity-fed hot water tank, check the pressure first or call us.
