BA Components (trading as BA) is a UK kitchen and bedroom door manufacturer founded in 1990 in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, with a second factory in Doncaster. Pronto is one of its door collections, offering foil-wrapped, laminated and painted doors that can be supplied on rigid, pre-built cabinets.

About the Thornbury Beaded Shaker kitchen
The Thornbury Beaded kitchen is part of the BA Pronto collection. Its doors are 20mm five-piece Shaker, made with a solid ash frame and a beaded, veneered centre panel, then finished in matt paint. The beaded detail adds a fine line around the panel. It is made by BA in Cookstown and Doncaster and suits anyone wanting a traditional Shaker look with a little extra detail.
Seven colours are offered: Dove Grey, Dust Grey, Porcelain, Sage Green, Shore Blue, Stone and Taupe Grey. All are matt painted. The doors carry a 6-year guarantee from BA. You can pick your colour and cabinets from the price list, or send us your plan and we will list every item for you.
Buying from us follows the same steps for every range. A designer prepares a free plan, and you receive 3D images and an itemised quote before you commit to anything. The units are delivered as rigid cabinets, already fitted with their doors. You get soft-close hinges and drawers, a colour-coordinated carcase where available, and a 25-year carcase guarantee. Request a sample door to check the bead detail and paint in person. A 600mm base unit starts at £132.97.

Your cabinets come with a standard carcase in the colour the door maker recommends for your door colour, or Natural Lancaster Oak (Egger H3368) where there is no match. Or choose from 198 Egger plain colours and woodgrains to match or contrast with your doors.

Can I buy doors only?
Yes. Replacement doors and drawer fronts are sold on their own, from Second Nature, Burbidge, Kitchen Stori and others, plus a made-to-measure service so you can reface existing cabinets. Doors come undrilled for hinges as standard.
Can I have Thornbury Beaded in a colour that isn't listed?
Thornbury Beaded is made in the colours shown here only. If you want a different colour, ask us about a paint-to-order range with a similar look.
Do you recommend fitters?
We don't install kitchens ourselves, but we can put you in touch with local installers we have worked with before. They cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury and nearby areas. Our design pack includes elevation drawings for your fitter to work from.
Can I see the doors before I buy?
Yes. You can order a sample door (355 x 297mm). The charge is credited back when you place a full order. You can also see a wide range of sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.
How long does delivery take?
Complete kitchens usually take 2-3 weeks. Bespoke painted kitchens take 5-6 weeks. Cabinets arrive rigid with the doors already fitted, and someone needs to be there to sign for the delivery.
