The Oxford kitchen is a painted MDF Shaker door from TKC, a UK kitchen supplier trading since 1989. At 18mm thick, it has a slimmer profile than some of the other Shaker doors we list. The Oxford Shaker kitchen suits homes that want a familiar framed door with a smooth painted surface, in a galley or a family room.

Oxford comes in five colours: White, Ivory, Light Grey, Anthracite and Indigo. White and Ivory keep a room bright, while Light Grey sits comfortably between the two extremes. Anthracite and Indigo are the darker options, and both look good on base units paired with lighter wall cabinets. If none of them is right, Oxford can be painted to order. The range includes 58 door sizes and 24 accessories, which helps a designer make the most of the space.

Our process is the same whichever door you pick. Cabinets are supplied rigid with doors fitted, and hinges and drawers close softly. There is a 25-year guarantee on the carcase, with colour-coordinated carcases where available. To start, send us your plan: the design is free and comes with 3D images and an itemised quote. We can also arrange sample doors, so you can compare the Oxford colours side by side at home.

Your cabinets come with a standard carcase in the colour the door maker recommends for your door colour, or Natural Lancaster Oak (Egger H3368) where there is no match. Or choose from 198 Egger plain colours and woodgrains to match or contrast with your doors.
