The Cartmel Shaker kitchen from TKC comes rigid, with the doors and drawer fronts already fitted to your cabinets. TKC kitchens come to us through Uform, the supplier behind Kitchen Stori. About the Cartmel Shaker kitchen
The Cartmel kitchen is a Shaker door from TKC, a UK kitchen supplier trading since 1989. It is made from foil-wrapped MDF, 22mm thick, and the foil carries a woodgrain effect. That gives the Cartmel Shaker kitchen a slightly textured look up close, which suits homes where a fully flat door would feel too blank.
Cartmel has one of the wider palettes we stock: ten colours plus paint to order. White, Cashmere, Sage Green and Light Grey suit lighter rooms. Dust Grey, Anthracite, Indigo and Fir Green suit deeper schemes. Reed Green and Porcelain complete the list. Because paint to order is available too, you can match a colour outside the ten if the room calls for it. The range offers 57 door sizes and 28 accessories.
You buy a Cartmel kitchen the same way as any other from us. Cabinets come rigid-built with the doors fitted, and the hinges and drawers are soft-close. The carcase has a 25-year guarantee, and the carcase colour can be coordinated with the doors where available. Our designer will plan the room for free and send 3D images with an itemised quote. Sample doors can be sent so you can judge the woodgrain effect in your own light.

Can I buy doors only?
Yes. Replacement doors and drawer fronts are sold on their own, from Second Nature, Burbidge, Kitchen Stori and others, plus a made-to-measure service so you can reface existing cabinets. Doors come undrilled for hinges as standard.
Do you fit kitchens?
No. We supply the kitchen and you choose your own fitter, anywhere in the UK. Our design pack includes elevation drawings for them to work from, and our team stays on the phone to help while the kitchen goes in.
Can I see the doors before I buy?
Yes. You can order a sample door (355 x 297mm). The charge is credited back when you place a full order. You can also see a wide range of sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.
How long does delivery take?
Complete kitchens usually take 2-3 weeks. Bespoke painted kitchens take 5-6 weeks. Cabinets arrive rigid with the doors already fitted, and someone needs to be there to sign for the delivery.
