About the Otto Painted Handleless kitchen
The Otto Painted Handleless kitchen from Burbidge takes a painted timber-veneer slab and plans it without handles. A rail is fitted into the cabinets in place of handles, so the door faces stay flat. A subtle vertical grain shows through the hand-sprayed matt paint, which keeps the surface from looking flat or plastic. The door has a plain slab profile and is made by Burbidge in Coventry.
You can choose from Burbidge's full painted range of 26 named colours. Soft Grey and Old Navy are the two we have photographed, and the list also includes Bone, Putty, Baltic Green and Prussian Blue. If none of those suits, bespoke painted colours can be ordered. Made-to-measure door sizes are available as well, which helps when units need to fit a particular alcove or run.
Whichever range you choose, we supply rigid cabinets with the doors fitted at the factory. The hinges and drawers are soft-close, the carcase is colour-matched where that option exists, and it comes with a 25-year guarantee. Book a free design and we will produce 3D images and an itemised quote from your measurements. You are welcome to request a sample door before ordering. Pricing for a 600mm base unit starts at £204.22 in this range.
Carcase colour
Choose the colour of your cabinets.
Your cabinets come with a standard carcase in the colour the door maker recommends for your door colour, or Natural Lancaster Oak (Egger H3368) where there is no match. Or choose from 198 Egger plain colours and woodgrains to match or contrast with your doors.
Swatches from the EGGER Decorative Collection, 18mm board. “UK stock” and “To order” show Egger’s board availability. Standard carcase colours are included in the price; other colours cost extra and we’ll confirm the price with your order. Colours on screen are approximate.

More handleless kitchens.
Before you ask.
See sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, 60 Alstone Lane, GL51 8HE. Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
Can I buy doors only?
Yes. Replacement doors and drawer fronts are sold on their own, from Second Nature, Burbidge, Kitchen Stori and others, plus a made-to-measure service so you can reface existing cabinets. Doors come undrilled for hinges as standard.
Can I have Otto Painted Handleless in a colour that isn't listed?
Yes, bespoke painted colours available. Paint-to-order kitchens usually take 5–6 weeks. Ask your designer for the current palette.
Do you recommend fitters?
We don't install kitchens ourselves, but we can put you in touch with local installers we have worked with before. They cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury and nearby areas. Our design pack includes elevation drawings for your fitter to work from.
Can I see the doors before I buy?
Yes. You can order a sample door (355 x 297mm). The charge is credited back when you place a full order. You can also see a wide range of sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.
How long does delivery take?
Complete kitchens usually take 2-3 weeks. Bespoke painted kitchens take 5-6 weeks. Cabinets arrive rigid with the doors already fitted, and someone needs to be there to sign for the delivery.
Send us your measurements. We'll send back your kitchen.
