The Otto Painted slab kitchen from Burbidge comes rigid, with the doors and drawer fronts already fitted to your cabinets. It comes in 26 colours, and can also be painted to order. Otto Painted is a slab kitchen from Burbidge, supplied as rigid slab kitchen units with the doors already fitted. Popular choices include a Bone slab kitchen, a Putty slab kitchen, a Soft Grey slab kitchen and a Reed Green slab kitchen.

Burbidge is a family-owned British manufacturer that has worked with timber since 1867 and now makes kitchen doors, accessories and storage from its base in Coventry. Its ranges span in-frame, classic Shaker and contemporary slab designs, with painted doors hand-sprayed in its own UK factory. The company holds the Manufacturing Guild Mark from the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers.

The Otto Painted kitchen from Burbidge is a slab door faced in timber veneer with a subtle vertical grain. It is hand-sprayed in matt paint, so the texture of the grain still shows through the colour. The result brings some of the warmth of real wood to a minimal, modern design. It suits handleless or handled kitchens where a softer contemporary feel is wanted. Burbidge makes it in Coventry.

Otto Painted is available across Burbidge's full hand-sprayed palette, which lists 26 named colours. Soft Grey and Old Navy are the ones we have photographed, and the palette also includes Reed Green, Mallard Green, Warm Stone and Charcoal. Bespoke painted colours can be ordered too. The door has a flat slab profile, and made-to-measure door sizes are available if your room has awkward dimensions.

Our kitchens come as rigid cabinets with the doors fitted, so they arrive ready to install. Soft-close hinges and drawers are fitted, the carcase can be colour-coordinated where available, and the carcase guarantee runs for 25 years. Your cabinets come with a standard carcase in the colour the door maker recommends for your door colour, or Natural Lancaster Oak (Egger H3368) where there is no match. Or choose from 198 Egger plain colours and woodgrains to match or contrast with your doors.
