Malmo Gloss is a handleless kitchen from Burbidge, supplied as rigid units with the doors already fitted. It comes in Light Grey, Porcelain and White.
Burbidge is a family-owned British manufacturer that has worked with timber since 1867 and now makes kitchen doors, accessories and storage from its base in Coventry. Its ranges span in-frame, classic Shaker and contemporary slab designs, with painted doors hand-sprayed in its own UK factory. The company holds the Manufacturing Guild Mark from the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers.

The Malmo Gloss handleless kitchen uses a flat slab door with a finger rail built into the top edge, so no handles are needed. Burbidge finishes it in an ultra-high gloss lacquer over a 22mm MDF core. The surface reflects light around the room, which helps smaller or darker kitchens feel brighter. It suits anyone wanting a sleek, contemporary handleless kitchen that is easy to wipe clean.
Three colours are available: Light Grey, Porcelain and White. That short list keeps the choice simple. The finger rail is part of the door itself, so the run of units stays clean. Burbidge makes the range to measure, and curved and glazed doors are available. Made-to-measure sizes can help fill a gap that a standard door would leave open.
Cabinets arrive rigid, with the doors on. We match the carcase colour where we can, and soft-close hinges and drawers are included. The carcase has a 25-year guarantee. A typical 13-unit L-shaped Malmo Gloss kitchen starts at £2,587.79, units only. Ask a designer for a free plan and you will get 3D images and an itemised quote. Sample doors are available, which is a good way to see how the gloss looks under your own kitchen lighting.
Your cabinets come with a standard carcase in the colour the door maker recommends for your door colour, or Natural Lancaster Oak (Egger H3368) where there is no match. Or choose from 198 Egger plain colours and woodgrains to match or contrast with your doors.
Swatches from the EGGER Decorative Collection, 18mm board. “UK stock” and “To order” show Egger’s board availability. Standard carcase colours are included in the price; other colours cost extra and we’ll confirm the price with your order. Colours on screen are approximate.
722 cabinets, doors, panels and fittings for Malmo Gloss, from £21.24. Choose your door colour or paint shade, filter by type or search by code, then add what you need — or send us your plan and we’ll list it for you.
