About the Firebeck Gloss slab kitchen
Firebeck Gloss is a plain slab door with a highly reflective laminated surface and colour-matched edges. The Firebeck Gloss kitchen from BA Pronto uses an 18mm MDF door with a supergloss laminate and a matt colour reverse. The shiny finish bounces light around the room and is easy to wipe down. That makes it a practical, modern choice for family kitchens, flats and rentals where a bright look is wanted at a sensible budget.
Two colours are stocked, Light Grey and White. The doors have a square edge with matching edging, so the sides match the face. PUR adhesive is used to give resistance to heat and moisture. Made-to-measure door sizes are listed in the BA brochure. BA makes the doors in Cookstown and Doncaster and backs them with a 6-year manufacturer guarantee.
When your kitchen arrives, the cabinets are already built and rigid, with the doors fitted. We include soft-close hinges and drawers, and match the carcase colour to the doors where a match exists. The carcase itself has a 25-year guarantee. Send us your plan and our designer will return a free design with 3D images and an itemised quote. If you want to see how the gloss handles light in your room, ask for a sample door.
Carcase colour
Choose the colour of your cabinets.
Your cabinets come with a standard carcase in the colour the door maker recommends for your door colour, or Natural Lancaster Oak (Egger H3368) where there is no match. Or choose from 198 Egger plain colours and woodgrains to match or contrast with your doors.
Swatches from the EGGER Decorative Collection, 18mm board. “UK stock” and “To order” show Egger’s board availability. Standard carcase colours are included in the price; other colours cost extra and we’ll confirm the price with your order. Colours on screen are approximate.

More slab kitchens.
Before you ask.
See sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, 60 Alstone Lane, GL51 8HE. Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
Can I buy doors only?
Yes. Replacement doors and drawer fronts are sold on their own, from Second Nature, Burbidge, Kitchen Stori and others, plus a made-to-measure service so you can reface existing cabinets. Doors come undrilled for hinges as standard.
Can I have Firebeck Gloss in a colour that isn't listed?
Firebeck Gloss is made in the colours shown here only. If you want a different colour, ask us about a paint-to-order range with a similar look.
Do you recommend fitters?
We don't install kitchens ourselves, but we can put you in touch with local installers we have worked with before. They cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury and nearby areas. Our design pack includes elevation drawings for your fitter to work from.
Can I see the doors before I buy?
Yes. You can order a sample door (355 x 297mm). The charge is credited back when you place a full order. You can also see a wide range of sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.
How long does delivery take?
Complete kitchens usually take 2-3 weeks. Bespoke painted kitchens take 5-6 weeks. Cabinets arrive rigid with the doors already fitted, and someone needs to be there to sign for the delivery.
Send us your measurements. We'll send back your kitchen.
