About the AluFlute slab kitchen

The AluFlute kitchen is a fluted feature door from TKC, a UK kitchen supplier trading since 1989. It is made from black aluminium, with vertical fluting across the face. An AluFlute slab kitchen works as a feature rather than for a whole room. It suits an island end or a tall run next to plainer doors.

AluFlute comes in one finish, Black Aluminium, so there is no colour decision to make. It works well alongside darker painted doors or wood-effect fronts, where the fluted texture adds contrast. The door is offered in five sizes, with one accessory available. Because the range is small, talk to us early so your designer can plan where the feature door will sit.

With every kitchen we sell, the cabinets arrive rigid with doors fitted, and the hinges and drawers are soft-close. The carcase is covered by a 25-year guarantee, with colour-coordinated carcases where available. Send us your plan and we will draw up a free design, complete with 3D images and an itemised quote. Sample doors are available, so you can see the black aluminium and the fluting before you order.

Carcase colour

Choose the colour of your cabinets.

Your cabinets come with a standard carcase in the colour the door maker recommends for your door colour, or Natural Lancaster Oak (Egger H3368) where there is no match. Or choose from 198 Egger plain colours and woodgrains to match or contrast with your doors.

Carcase colour: Natural Lancaster Oak · Egger H3368 ST9 Your carcase colourNatural Lancaster Oak · Egger H3368 ST9Standard carcase — TKC has no matching board for Black Aluminium, so we use Natural Lancaster Oak. No extra charge.

Swatches from the EGGER Decorative Collection, 18mm board. “UK stock” and “To order” show Egger’s board availability. Standard carcase colours are included in the price; other colours cost extra and we’ll confirm the price with your order. Colours on screen are approximate.

More slab kitchens.

Before you ask.

See sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, 60 Alstone Lane, GL51 8HE. Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

Can I buy doors only?

Yes. Replacement doors and drawer fronts are sold on their own, from Second Nature, Burbidge, Kitchen Stori and others, plus a made-to-measure service so you can reface existing cabinets. Doors come undrilled for hinges as standard.

Can I have AluFlute in a colour that isn't listed?

AluFlute is made in the colours shown here only. If you want a different colour, ask us about a paint-to-order range with a similar look.

Do you recommend fitters?

We don't install kitchens ourselves, but we can put you in touch with local installers we have worked with before. They cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury and nearby areas. Our design pack includes elevation drawings for your fitter to work from.

Can I see the doors before I buy?

Yes. You can order a sample door (355 x 297mm). The charge is credited back when you place a full order. You can also see a wide range of sample doors at our Cheltenham showroom, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.

How long does delivery take?

Complete kitchens usually take 2-3 weeks. Bespoke painted kitchens take 5-6 weeks. Cabinets arrive rigid with the doors already fitted, and someone needs to be there to sign for the delivery.
