How much is a Stratford made to measure door?

A Stratford door 715 × 496mm, the size on most UK base and wall units, is £48.24 including VAT, in any colour. The table on this page lists BA’s standard sizes; a size in between costs the next standard size up plus 10%, and the builder prices yours exactly.

What sizes can Stratford doors be made in?

Any size up to 1200mm wide and 2540mm high, to the millimetre. Stratford doors have the full design from 185mm wide, and drawer fronts from 60mm high and 100mm wide. Multi-panel design from 300mm wide. Doors over 1699mm high are single panel. No internal design on the drawer front.

Is Stratford made in high gloss?

No. Stratford comes in 54 matt, supermatt, Paint Flow Matt, classic and woodgrain colours, but not high gloss.

Can Stratford doors be glazed?

Yes, with open frame or feature frames, either open for your own glass or with clear acrylic glazing fitted. Glazed frames are made for doors, not drawer fronts.

Do you drill the hinge holes?

Yes, if you’d like: 35mm hinge cups with the centre 22.5mm in from the edge, at the positions you give us, £1.12 a hole. Copy the positions from your old doors.

How long do Stratford doors take?

They’re made to order by BA and usually leave the factory within 7 working days, then come to you by courier. We confirm the date when you order.
