Replacement cupboard doors

New doors for the kitchen you already have

Changing the doors and drawer fronts is the quickest way to give a kitchen a new look without the cost and mess of a new one. The cabinets, worktops and appliances stay where they are.

Made to fit your cabinets

Every door is made to the size of the one it replaces, so made to measure doors fit most UK kitchens, whoever made them and however old they are. Our guides cover the kitchens people ask about most:

Measure, choose, order

Measure each door and drawer front, height first and then width, and note the hinge positions. Our measuring guide shows you how. Then choose a style and colour above and add your sizes.

Not sure? Send us the list and a photo and we’ll check it for you before you order.

End panels

End panel prices

Matching end panels cut to your size, in the same colour as your doors. Prices include VAT and are the same in every colour.

Questions

Made to measure doors: your questions answered

What are made to measure kitchen doors?

Doors and drawer fronts made to the exact height and width you need, instead of a fixed range of sizes. Because they match your old doors to the millimetre, they fit cabinets from almost any kitchen maker, including makers that have closed.

How much do made to measure kitchen doors cost?

In most styles a 715 × 496mm door, the size on most UK base and wall units, is £40.20 including VAT, and a 715 × 396mm door is £35.36. Any size up to 2540 × 1200mm is priced to the millimetre in the door builder; a size between BA’s standard sizes costs the next standard size up plus 10%.

Can I just replace the doors on my existing kitchen?

Yes. Keep your cabinets, worktops and appliances and change only the doors and drawer fronts. Each one is made to the size of the door it replaces, with hinge holes drilled where your hinges sit.

Who makes the doors?

BA Components, a UK manufacturer. Bella doors are 18mm MDF with a vinyl wrapped finish, in 29 styles and 59 colours, and come with BA’s 6-year warranty.

What sizes can be made?

Doors from 100mm to 1200mm wide and up to 2540mm high, and drawer fronts from 60mm to 282mm high. Some styles need a larger minimum size for their full design; each style’s page shows it.

Do you drill the hinge holes?

Yes, if you’d like. 35mm hinge cups are drilled with the centre 22.5mm in from the door edge at the positions you give us, £1.12 a hole. You can also order the doors undrilled.

How long do made to measure doors take?

They’re made to order and usually leave BA’s factory within 7 working days, then come to you by courier. We confirm the date when you order.

How much is delivery?

Made to measure doors ordered on their own are £10 + VAT delivery to most of mainland UK. With a kitchen order, they come with the rest of your kitchen.

Is every colour made in every style?

Most are. High gloss colours aren’t made in some styles, such as Shaker, Chelsea and Integra; each style’s page lists its colours.

Can you make sloping or glazed doors?

Yes. Most styles can be made with glazed frames, and every style can be made as a sloping door for lofts and sloping ceilings. See our guides to glazed and sloping doors.

Can I order a sample?

Yes. Ask us for a sample door in the colour you like so you can see it in your own kitchen light before you order.

Can made to measure doors be returned?

Because they’re made to your sizes, they can’t be returned once ordered unless they arrive faulty or damaged. That’s why we check your list before anything is made: if anything looks wrong, we’ll ask.

Not sure what you need?

Send us your sizes and a photo of your kitchen and we’ll check them before anything is made. Or call us, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
